Doctolib is a healthcare platform connecting 90 million patients with 900,000 healthcare professionals across Europe.

I worked on Doctolib’s clinical software, making complex workflows easier for practitioners, from accessing patient information to documenting consultations.

I contributed to the Consultation Assistant, an AI-powered tool that generates clinical notes from consultations. I explored how to integrate AI into clinical workflows while addressing challenges around patient consent, data privacy and practitioner control.

In a separate project, I used product data to identify the most frequently displayed error messages and uncover opportunities to improve the experience through content alone, collaborating directly with developers without dedicated design support.

My focus was on making clinical experiences clearer, more intuitive and more efficient for healthcare professionals.

“I had to pleasure to manage Amandine during her time at Doctolib. Her empathetic and caring nature shines in everything that she does. From working on innovative projects that will transform the lives of practitioners to providing feedback and acting as a mentor to other UX Writers and designers.

She gained experience in performing content research in Maze, auditing and identifying improvements to the product, and acting as a trusted design partner who puts the user at the heart of every project.

Anyone who works with Amandine in the future should consider themselves very fortunate!”
