I worked as a Copywriter in their international team, creating French content for different audiences, localizing English content, and co-creating the brand’s style guide. I also acted as a consultant on a TV campaign.
One of the main challenges was the complexity of the content: it needed to be precise enough for specialists while remaining clear and engaging for beginners. At the same time, content had to resonate with local markets without losing the global brand identity.
I collaborated with translation agencies, ensuring they could quickly adopt the style guide we developed. In a fast-growing international context, robust documentation was essential to keep a consistent brand voice across markets.
